This 60 minute session includes a health assessment, change time and a treatment by a Registered Massage Therapist, which will be customized specifically for you. Swedish massage techniques are used for Deep tissue or Relaxation massages.

This 60 minute session includes a health assessment, change time and a treatment by a Registered Massage Therapist, which will be customized specifically for you. 

This treatment will be a combination of massage and cupping therapy. Suction cups are placed on the areas of the body presenting with fascial restrictions. Weak, medium, or strong strength of suction is used for specific amounts of time to release restricted fascia on the body. Cupping can help with pain management, the elimination of toxins and can also be a catalyst for increased mobility.

60 min massage + cupping

This 60 min session includes a health assessment, change time and a treatment by a Registered Massage Therapist, which will be customized specifically for you. 

This session uses several hollow and full bamboo sticks of various lengths that are heated and used during the treatment. Bamboo can be applied as a relaxation massage similar to hot stone, or as a deep tissue massage to roll out muscle tension, knots, and trigger points. The heat from the bamboo not only feels great, but adds to the benefits of the massage techniques as well.
